My son car got stuck in the mud near a body of water late at night we needed immediate service!! After three hours of trying to reach our insurance company and several other places and getting no answers and no help we were getting desperate…it was getting close to 3am and we were stuck in the middle of nowhere …We searched again and found Taylor Towing!! I called and immediately got a respond!! They were amazing!! Daniel arrived in a timely manner and winched my son’s car from the mud quickly and safely and the cost was very reasonable. Robert M. was extremely helpful! We had already called around to see who would be first available and though he was already on a call he gave my wife and I a realistic ETA and he was spot on. He was extremely helpful in towing my giant 01' Suburban to the designated shop we requested. He worked quickly and made sure my already broken vehicle made it safely. Im extremely grateful and though I hope I dont need a tow service again but if I do Ill be using there services and referring them out.Service: Car towing

Awesome... Platinum left us on the highway waiting for 2.5 hours without communication. I told them to forget it and they said they were still billing. Called Taylor and had the car (sports car, clutch went out) under tow in 15 minutes. Shane was awesome and it was half the cost. He was careful and didn't damage the car (low skirts) He was on his way to dinner with his wife and delayed that to help my sister in law. Great Company!!Service: Car towing
