My mom and I ordered flowers from here a couple weeks back for a funeral for a close family friend. We added some notes to our order that she could charge more for the arrangement/add flowers as needed to really make it special. The owner personally called after receiving the order and told us that she couldn’t see the credit card info. after the order is placed to charge us more, but assured us that the order would be amazing for the price we were paying. I reached out from California to have some flowers delivered to a family member going through a difficult time. When Flower Fairies attempted to deliver the flowers, the gates on the property were locked and they were unable to deliver. They reached out to me to inform me of the situation, they left a message for the person receiving the flowers, and wanted me to know that they were happy to reliever again once access to the property was confirmed. The gates were unlocked the next day and they kindly delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Thank you for your follow through. I called order flowers for my wife. Looked up the ones I wanted through their website and talked to them. They didn’t have the exact flowers that where in the one I ordered. Was told they could work something out. That being said it turned out awesome! I ordered the mid grade but the flowers are far better than the picture on the website. Amazing service and will definitely be buying more flowers in the future!
