The Flower Fairies

I reached out from California to have some flowers delivered to a family member going through a difficult time. When Flower Fairies attempted to deliver the flowers, the gates on the property were locked and they were unable to deliver. They reached out to me to inform me of the situation, they left a message for the person receiving the flowers, and wanted me to know that they were happy to reliever again once access to the property was confirmed. The gates were unlocked the next day and they kindly delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Thank you for your follow through. It’s refreshing to see people that care this much about their business! ??

I called order flowers for my wife. Looked up the ones I wanted through their website and talked to them. They didn’t have the exact flowers that where in the one I ordered. Was told they could work something out. That being said it turned out awesome! I ordered the mid grade but the flowers are far better than the picture on the website. Amazing service and will definitely be buying more flowers in the future!

I had a wonderful experience with Country memories! Mrs.Rhonda IS THE BEST and so is her team! I was unfortunately in WV dealing with my grandmother who had a stroke and upon returning after placing an order,due to the confusion over the phone , we were a little of track at first. I went in and her team as well as herself were not only beyond helpful but inspirational with my order they not only re made my bouquet but we got a "OMG it's perfect" as a result. Thank you ladies for all your help. You are AWESOME! I will definitely be back.
