Crown Pool DeSoto, keep doing what you’re doing. Mason, the sales manager, is extremely professional and helpful. He most definitely is an asset to this location.I recently had an issue with my pool cleaning robot and he was able to get me all squared away and running again without breaking the bank. In today’s world, it’s not every day that we find good, honest people, but Mason sure was.He was very communicative, letting me know the status of my robot with updates throughout the process. He sent me a video of my functioning robot once it was ready to be picked up.Thanks again! Cheers!

I bought my pool in 2010 from crown pools in DeSoto. I have been so happy with all services. This year I had to replace my liner and have my filter sand changed out. The young man who did that work was Justin. He is so professional while working but more than that he explained things to me about what he was doing AND gave me tips on how to better care for my pool. If you ever need a job done right, you can trust Justin to do that. The rest of that team is also equally helpful as well! And management is so on top of their game. Thanks to all of you for making pool ownership a “breeze”!

I went there and bought what I thought I needed 2 days later. Come to find out there was a more specific product out there. I'm sorry I went back and got a refund with absolutely no problems or questions.
