Seriously love this gym. Couldn’t do without it. I started out in Sherman, went here to the Denison location one time and knew I was ‘home’. The staff is so great and very nice, and the atmosphere here is so chill. Love you guys
I can say that never at any one point in my life would I have thought about joining a gym. But now I'm pushing my way later 50s and had a health scare along with my wife that made us re-evaluate our lifestyle at the end of last year. We had become fairly rotund from being sedentary during the pandemic.
So the research began. Buy a rowing machine or a stationary bike or elliptical.. endless reviews.. sky high prices. Endless waste of time. I knew we'd buy it and it would become a dust gatherer. So I proposed a gym membership to my wife. That way we would be forced to go out having paid for the use of something.

Denison Nautilus is a very clean and friendly environment to get your workout done. Additional feature is the trainers at this gym are professional and very knowledgeable about a workout that can be tailored to you. Great variety of equipment and everything is always working. Thanks Nautilus for helping me stay healthy!
