“Dr. Shepard is an outstanding dentist! He is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain everything he finds during the exam. He creates a clear treatment plan, discusses what needs attention, and provides an estimate of the costs for any necessary repairs, so there are no surprises.

He is both friendly and professional. Even though his schedule is obviously busy, I never felt rushed and he took the time to answer all of my questions and address every concern. One thing that really stood out to me was that he asked what I would like to see for my smile over the next three years. That showed me he genuinely cares about my long-term dental health and personal goals, not just today's appointment.
