Applied for loan over phone,gave all my information was told they would call me back so they could work on it and never called.I understand that probably meant it wasn’t approved,but I expect at least a call back “Thank you for applying for credit with our company unfortunately we cannot approve your application at this time you will get a letter explaining why we weren’t able to approve in the mail “ or something of that nature.
