I took my faux fur coat here a couple of years back. It was a beautiful grey leopard looking coat. I didn’t check it right away like I should have. When I did, the coat was no longer grey, but pale lavender, and the texture was ruined. It said on the label that it should be cleaned with the fur method, and I don’t think it was.
