They SERIOUSLY messed up my tax return after advising me I would be receiving a refund of approximately $450 dollars from the IRS. Later, the IRS notified me that I instead owed several thousands of dollars. I requested the tax preparer's assistance in rectifying her error, only to be repeatedly met with excuses for her negligence. I subsequently had to get my U.S. representative's office involved, as well as the Taxpayer Advocate Service. Two years and MANY phone calls to the IRS later, I am STILL trying to manage the damage done to me financially by Amistad Tax Services. She repeatedly denied any wrongdoing, yet had her attorney reach out to me on several occasions...read full review

Worst experience ever the Young men is really mean and doesn't help at all I just asked him for some help on paperwork of brith certificate I was taking to him and he just let me there talking to my self did not tell me anything plus I asked him well you now some other place nop nothing ...he is really mean and it was just a question .... If they are going to have a business have good maneras
