Stellar customer service. Very knowledgeable and competent plumbers, who go above and beyond, with patience and grace.My mother had an emergency situation today. The situation was made worse by someone who tried to fix it, over the course of 1.5 days.Rex Plumbing came highly recommended to me. I was able to reach them immediately. The crew arrived at my mom's in approximately 20 minutes and, had the solution right away.My mom was very stressed between the person who was already working on the problem and misunderstanding what Rex's crew stated to her. NOT TEXAS*If you’re looking to spend $20,000+ on a heating system that breaks within the first year, this is the company for you! As an extra bonus, They won’t service it or return your phone calls as well. Sarcasm aside, I hope this review helps prevent others from getting ripped off by this company!
