Loved Connie, very kind, sweet, and a busy lady. The carpet was installed and looks superb. My only issue is the lack of communication I got from the lady in her office that was helping me. She had that phone in her face every time I went to talk to her, it seemed her phone was more important than really speaking to customers. It took 3 days and a weekend to even get the estimates of the carpets I picked. After carpet was installed, I absolutely believe the guys did an amazing job, I immediately paid the remainder of flooring. Connie and the girls are so helpful and willing to accommodate your every dream of house fantastic! A smiling face and friendly voice goes a long way....and these ladies deliver everytime!!! If your looking for anything home update, remod or new build, this is the place!
