This place is amazing! Using this therapy has greatly increased my emotional well being as well as improved my overall health in just a short time. I love all three elements: the soqi bed, JOVVI therapy, and the infrared sauna (which I think is my favorite!). After just a 3 or 4 times I am hooked!

This little gem is one of my favorite places if found since moving to Decatur! The therapies available have significantly improved my overall health and I’ve haven’t felt this great in a long time.

What a wonderful place, from Saunas, to massages, healthy meals, great skin products etc. Such a relaxing experience!
