You will not find a more friendly family of owners for your funeral needs. I have know the Bates family for years and they are the kindest most tender hearted folks I know and it shows in their business as well. When my father passed 6 years ago he did not do a casket burial but the Bates still helped with how memorial and didn't ask for anything in return and they even got my father a flag for his military service and I didn't have to ask. There is no one else better to turn to on your time of grief or need.
