I wish I could give this company 100 stars!! Let me start by saying if you are looking for an honest, dependable company that will go out of their way to serve the people in their community then this is it!! Our unit started acting up about 3 months ago, we called a different AC company to come take a look at it. They told us there was a leak and a broken valve, none of which were repairable, and that we would need a whole new unit ($10,000-$12,000). I can’t say enough good about this business and specifically Johnny. Very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and a man with high integrity. My A/C went out and he arrived at my home within 30 minutes and had the system up and running in less than an hour.Service: A/C system repair

I bought my AC from Gore March 2019 and have had them come do a yearly maintenance. Of course my old AC died on the weekend but Johnny was there Monday to see what was needed, and within a few days inside and outside units were installed and running, fixing several things that were not done correctly when previous unit was installed. This past Sunday evening my AC was not cooling, so I called left a message (expecting call Tuesday as Monday was Labor day) but a couple hours later I got a call back with instructions (and explanation of what happened) on what to do to fix the issue.
