10/10! We had an urgent situation and they showed up ASAP. The crew was very knowledgeable and patiently waited for the electrician to get there for an issue with electricity to the pump. They had us up and running again within a couple of hours.

Excellent service from start to finish! Excellent communication! After all the rain, my yard was left in perfect condition after the people and machinery. My septic works perfectly! I highly recommend Brighteye Septic!!

I SWEAR BY THIS COMPANY!! They saved me thousands of dollars. Mr. Eric and every employee I have dealt with since using Brighteyes has been honest and very helpful. They take the time to explain your system to you, so you understand how it should work. I made the mistake of using GoGreen Septic Company who royal screwed me. But thanks to Mr. Eric personally stepping in to help me, all was made right. And that was way before becoming a customer of Brighteyes. This company goes above and beyond to take care of people.
