The Purple Guys in Dallas, (North Dallas) area are awesome. They went above and beyond when we went through a transition in location and through the Pandemic helped us migrate offices in a safe and effective manner without even any downtime.Even with our remote workers, we didn't have an issue with any of the resources they would need for their job.The team has always gone above and beyond in making sure we don't know the difference between having an in-house or an external IT team.Even with our mixed Linux, Mac, and PC environment, we never had any issues with our devices and the team was always able to help.Our networks were also amazing in-house for our offices.We...read full review

We have been partners with The Purple Guys for almost a year. Everyone on their team is not just knowledgeable, but also very easy to work with. This was key for us, as prior to finding The Purple Guys, this was not the case. Their entire team provides "White Glove” service. Their organizational structure to include their virtual CIO, Account Managers, Sales Reps and Operations team also makes it very efficient for my team to know who to reach out to.
