If have been a patient there for a very long time I started goingTo this location in 2015 I just had a appointment on 1/10/24 and I was told that Miss Harris was not my Doctor anymore that she doesn't work there anymore that she has moved out of town and that she has just gotten married Well I will miss her she has helped me more than any of the many so called Dr./ Sikes!!! That I've been too. My life is not so good right now,.

Not bad. So far it's been alright. I'm actually not with Metrocare; I'm a Veteran. I attend the hospital up the street. Although; right now I'm on probation and have to take classes. I'm so glad I qualified financially. Thanks Metrocare!

The phone is the only issue in my experience. Like seriously this is the reason to have the phones so patients can call to setup appointments and manage their medical care etc. This needs a total revamp. This facility should have staff just to take care of the phones. I have been calling for days and still know one picks up I have left several messages no one calls back. Eventually I will need to drive there so I don't run out of medication. There is no reminder call for your previously setup appointments. Ridiculous. Who manages this place. Maybe I need to contact HHS. Oak cliff citizens deserve great service and to be treated better this is less than subpar.
