We worked with Wilmer as our hvac completely went dead and the experience was great. He was there ahead of the scheduled time, he gave upfront pricing and not only fixed the issue but found the root cause and fixed that as well.

Called on a late Friday evening. They were able to answer, come out and fix my furnace all within an hour for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend to anybody out there in need of any heating or cooling help!

During the winter storm, the furnace stopped working out of the blue. The WM heating and cooling responded quickly and identified the problem to be the blower motor. It requires the replacement. However, the stores do not have the part, so they need to order it. We already experienced a cold night without the heater, and the weather forecast indicated the extremely low temperature next few days. We did not want to go through another night without warm air in the house. The WM team was able to ask around to get the right blower motor for our furnace on the same day. They were able to fix the problem, and our furnace has worked well since. We can't thank the WM team... read full review
