Left me high and dry by not reporting my taxes for 2 years. No explanation, just mailed me my previous years tax papers. Wouldn't answer phone calls or text messages.
I worked with Nancy Almazan doing taxes in 2012 and she was amazingly informed then, 9 years later she is still the only person I let file my taxes.
