The field office lets us know when they will arrive and they text us when they are on the way.Today, Kyle had to navigate around in intermittent rain but he quickly got the job done like the pro that all your techs are.

Jose Garcia was prompt and extremely courteous. He diagnosed our problem, and gave us options to correct our problem. He carefully discussed the options making our decision much easier. Jose (Joe) is very knowledgeable. My husband and I feel he is truly an asset to GVEC, and we are very happy with the service he provided.
