HVAC condenser stopped functioning. Called in the morning and they had someone out that afternoon. Repair was completed the next day by Brandin (who has spent a lot of time at our house over the last couple of years) and he was friendly, courteous and informative as always.
I used GVEC to facilitate the repair of my residential AC/Heat Pump, I appreciated the level of communication leading up to the scheduled appointment. The technician, Brittany Rodriguez was on time and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and facilitating the repair. She repaired the system quickly and did an excellent job checking the unit to ensure everything was operating as it used. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate recommending GVEC for any needed AC repairs.
Brandin Pittman was very professional and said he would not leave until he identified the problem. I asked him to return not send another technician to finish the work. Since he has identified a problem. Each time I call I get a new person who then finds a different problem.
