This is a 5 star review about the technicians NOT THE AC. A little over a week ago our 5 year old AC stopped working, AGAIN! A part had to be ordered and it was probably going to be 2 weeks before it came in. Well the part arrived last night (8 days later) and we were notified that Nathan would be by between 8 and 12 the next morning. He was there right at 8 and got to work promptly. He had it all installed and fixed within an hour. I am very happy with the technicians. They do a good job. However I am not happy with the AC that was installed 5 years ago as this is the third time in the last 2 years and 2 months we’ve had to have someone out to fix it. If it wasn’t...read full review
