They show up when promised and are priced fairly. The crew takes excellent care of vehicles and are honest. They provide immediate aid, are very professional and courteous, and take great care of customers. They are amazing and saved a customer from unnecessary crazy money. Many would highly recommend their service anytime a tow is needed.
Our rental car ended up having a flat and the other tires were losing air at a rapid rate; which left us stranded on the highway in Batesville, TX.
Tavo's Towing came to our aide immediately! I believe the young gentleman's name is Nathaniel. He was very professional and courteous. He took great care of us especially my elderly parents. Got us back to San Antonio safely. I'm so glad the Zavala County Sheriff gave us their number. Thank you all for getting us out of our dilemma!
This is a costumer reply to Manuel Vega and Truck Masters one star comments, I am the wife of the truck driver in yours comments. You are the ones who are dishonest. To Whoever is reading this comment, this towing company is amazing, it saved my husband from spending unnecessary crazy money to truck Masters. They were not the ones towing the truck and they refused to give refund after he wanted to cancel truck Masters bad service after he realized they did not disclose some important info to him. Thanks Tavo's Towing for your honesty.
