Trey & Josh were our Arrowhead reps. Both were very professional and thorough. Crew was respectful of our property, roof removal & installation went very well & cleanup was great! Highly recommend Arrowhead!
Arrowhead did a great job of helping me coordinate with my insurance and provided an excellent selection of quality shingles for my roof replacement. They showed up on time, kept everything neat and clean and got the work done efficiently and safely.
Painless experience. Sufficient hail damage to my Galvalume standing seam roof resulted in the approval of my insurance claim to replace the main residence and outbuilding roofs. Trey and Josh performed a detailed preliminary inspection, then accompanied the claims adjuster during his inspection. They were courteous, professional, efficient, helpful and very accommodating. I was confident enough with them that I signed a third party authorization, essentially taking me out of the contractor transactions and avoiding the frustrations inherent when dealing with mortgage company & insurance company bureaucracies.
