They been a very reliable Trane AC/HT Service since they installed my first new home Trane System in 2000. A couple of years ago, I had them install a new higher efficiency 18i unit. Thru all these years Calvin and his crew has always quickly responded to the VERY FEW MINOR CALLS for SERVICE that I'd had.I can most whole heartedly recommend Hargrove-Neel for any AC/HT service or equipmentServices: HVAC system repair
We had an after hours issue and knowing phones are answered 24-7 was a relief. Mr. Neel responded quickly and kept me informed of the process. He got our system going again in no time. Very happy!
Ok. I don’t know who your A/C people are but you need to call Hargrove Neel. They are great. Twice our a/c has gone out in this heat. And they fixed it right away. Van called me back even when he was off duty. They Calvin called and we got it fixed on the phone. With this heat they have been real busy but found the time to call or come fix the our problem.
