My daughter's tire blew on the way home from Dallas to Houston. She was all alone and scared. Tracy, the tow truck driver, from B&W was awesome. I couldn't be more thankful for him! He calmed her nerves, explained everything to her, step by step, and was truly a God send. I read reviews before calling them and I want anyone else in need to know this company was great.
Many thanks to B&W towing and especially their driver, Nick, who bailed us out of a frightening situation on the shoulder of 31 today. They were prompt and Nick was knowledgeable and compassionate. I hope none of you will go through this, but if you do, I highly recommend B&W!
Just used AAA to contact B&W towing. Tracy Winston showed up earlier than promised, had my truck on the lift very quickly, delivered it to my preferred service mechanic, and even gave me a ride home after dropping my truck. Major thumbs up to Mr. Winston and to B & W to hire such high quality people.
