Our puppy was bit by snake . This is our vet.Grwat animal care .we love back office staff. Super informative and nice bedside manner. Front desk , customer service needs a little help, maybe smile more and be more responsive to clients..I just feel like they don't want to be there. My opinion..
Took my boy here today for euthanasia due to old age. They were so kind and compassionate with me and more importantly with my boy. I chose not to be in the room for the process and when the gentleman brought him out to my car he was being so gentle and careful with him. Then they went above and beyond and gave me a sympathy card with my boys paw prints and a signed card. Definitely appreciate every one of the staff members for their kindness and compassion during my time of grief!!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ivy and her staff. This clinic is ALL about the animals! One of my dogs had stopped eating, was lethargic and weak. Dr. Ivy managed to squeeze her in her very busy schedule and to use her expertise to quickly and thoroughly examine my dog, and to successfully treat her. She called and talked everything over with me, taking time to answer my questions. And the final bill was half what I would have paid at any other local vet. Thank you all so much for helping my sweet fur baby.
