The team (3) who came to install our windows and doors was truly professional. Their availability window was perfect and their arrival was both early in that window and well coordinated. They came fully prepared with administrative areas covered; communicated with me at every phase; did professional work that mirrored the expectations of the brand. I was more than comfortable with them in our home helping us to complete our door/window upgrade. The shared vision of what was to be accomplished and how some door treatments (internal blinds and plantation shutters) needed to be protected and passed to us as the job was completed.

I have purchased all new high impact windows for my home. Matthew and Javier have both provided excellent professional services. My home is not the norm and has required a few unique services they both were diligent in quality service. Matthew has gone above and beyond to ensure the customer satisfaction and product guarantee. Matthew also took the time to educate me on the proper use of the windows after I had not been securing them properly.

We had 13 windows installed and the crew (Jose B. and crew) with Window World was amazing. They arrived on time and took time and care to install each window. Cleaned up any mess and completed the project in one day. Great Experience.
