“They did good job cutting down my tree, however, they did not grind down the stump completely. I had a zoom call when they started grinding and when I got done, I went to check on them and they were gone. I called the office and was told it was just mulch. When I sent a pic, the owners wife called to resolve the issue, but got a call mid conversation and said she'd call me back. That was about 2 months ago(still waiting). I'M GOING TO RENT A STUMP GRINDER AND POST A VIDEO!!!!! Moral of the story, DON'T PAY UNTIL WORK IS COMPLETELY DONE!!!!“

“PTS is located in Alice,Texas and traveled to Corpus Chrisiti to remove a very large tree that was leaning towards the house in the backyard. Lonnie took the time to figure out all the necessary moves to prevent any damage to the house or wiring outside. he constantly communicated to his crew what the next cut was and did not make any rushed cuts. One thing I would recommend with PTS is make sure to do a last walk around before actually leaving the premises to make sure any brought in debris (ex. food containers and plastic bottles) is removed.
