The technicians arrived early in the appointment window, explained the sequence of the work to be done and went to work. Both services were completed expeditiously and excellently. The chair and ottoman needed special attention which was done without having to be reminded. The air vent for the dryer was very restricted and took a lot of effort to get cleaned.
