I just started yoga 3 weeks ago. This is my first studio to attend. I have felt very welcomed since day 1. All of the teachers are wonderful, as well as the owners. There are a variety of classes to fit everyone’s needs. They offer salt cave, light therapy and hot/cold therapy as well. Very clean. Great atmosphere. I was hooked day 1.
I’m a yoga newbie. I highly recommend the beginners hot yoga class on Sundays. A buddy asked me if I’d like to attend with him a month ago and it’s become a weekly ritual for me. Great for stress relief and recovery from my boxing/bjj workouts. It has helped with balance, flexibility, and stability. Owner and staff are immensely knowledgeable and very mindful in this practice.
Attended a ‘self Love’ Hatha/Yoga Nidra combo workshop with Danielle G today and WOW- I absolutely adored the experience! The instructor was so genuine and down to earth, which really showed in her teaching style. As soon as I saw the original posting for this workshop, and read what SOMOS is all about, I was immediately drawn to attend. It had been a long time since I had joined any yoga classes and I was really looking for the right fit. So glad I took this class today! I’ll definitely be back to join more sessions at SOMOS.
