I didn't want to go across town just for dry cleaning, so dropped into this place, which is closest to my house. Had a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Silvia gave me the 411 on ALL my options and showed me what to expect. I didn't realize that I didn't know nearly all there is to know about dry cleaning/laundry at all. After several minutes I was able to get the service I actually needed (and saved some $$$ because it turns out, dry cleaning was not the best thing for my needs).
ALL dry cleaners have the occasional mishap. Such is life. Gaddies is sure to own their mistakes and make it right by you IF YOU ASK. Don't just go home and write a bad review because you think that's the only thing that will make you feel better. Ask for a refund/replacement article first and see what happens. Then you too can write a nice review for a local icon in laundry/dry cleaning services for others to use to make informed decisions. Now we can all look good in our finest threads. :)“

The staff is always friendly, remembers my name and my truck, and usually has my clothes pulled and ready before I even get out of my vehicle That level of service is hard to find. Highly recommend“
