I’ve been dropping off my dry cleaning at peerless cleaners located on Staples for the last 10 years and here recently I started looking for a new dry clearing service due to the fact they’re hiring process has gone downhill. I took in several items a few weeks ago. The young lady behind the counter did not have a clue what was going on so I contacted management. They tried to rectify the situation and that never happened. Very disappointing. Looking for a new dry cleaning service at this time.

After a miscommunication on the day we needed a garment ready. The manager went out of her way to look for and retrieve it from the main location. She kept in contact me via text because I was at work and couldn't speak. Thank you for rectifying the situation. Very impressed.

Florence and Christi are great hard working people! They did a great job of correcting my wrong order. Best customer service I’ve experienced at Peerless.Downfall they are expensive.
