I personally own what wife says is an exorbitant number of pairs of boots, the Mall Shoe Service has for the last 40 years repaired then with new soles and heels. My favorite pair is a handmade pair that conforms to my feet, as of to date, is some 35 years old. The Mall Shoe Sevice has replaced the soles and heels several times. Always great service and always on time. When my Fav boots were returned, they looked and felt like I had just purchased them. GREAT JOB. Please don't ever close.
When speaking with the proprietor about replacing the soles on a pair of full quill ostrage boots, he explained the cost for services and told me how long it would take. When delivering the boots, he went over the information again. He gave me the option to pay in full or pay a portion at that time. The repairs were on time, and the boots look like brand new! They even made a blemish completely disappear, with no extra charge! Fast, friendly, expert service at a great price! I highly recommend Mall Shoe Services!!
Dropped off two pairs of boots here for repair. Dropped off one pair that needed a heel replacement and then the next week dropped off another pair that needed a full sole replacement. The work was beautiful and looks like it will hold up for a very long time. Only reason for four star instead of five was that after getting quoted a week for the first pair they weren't ready until a couple days after the second pair were ready. But will I use them again? Definitely! And depending on that experience May raise my review.
