He was very nice and explained my options repair or replace and when I said replace he gave me options to choose from. He was never pushy and took the time to answer questions and educate me. After we talked and I decided what system I wanted my AC went completely out. They were out here with the new system the very next day. The installers were very nice and got the job done.
