The owner is very knowlegdable and kind. Obviously the person who wrote the negative review was probably trying to get something for nothing or had an illegal issue. People like this should tell the entire story and let other decide. These people have been in business for more than 20 years and are excellent at what they do. They go beyond just to make sure you are taken care of. I absolutely HATE people who blame others for their problems. Which is what I'm sure happened the Ms or Mr Vivian M. "******
