We were buying a new build home and Scott did our inspection. I am so impressed with how detailed he was! He did his inspection the morning of our blue tape walkthrough and had the report for the builder before we arrived. He found SO MANY things I would never think about checking! He did not miss an inch of the property! The builder had the report so they could fix every single thing Scott found before our final walkthrough on closing day.
