Words can NOT explain how grateful and thankful I am for Mike at CC transformations. I was in an VMA on May 29th. After a month and a half of unsuccessfully going back and forth with the at fault parties Insurance company as well as mine to at least get my car out the impound lot I called Mike. He made one phone call and got the ball rolling! He went above and beyond to get me taken care of and stayed on top of my insurance company.
