The least professional company I’ve ever worked with. The person doing my taxes was clueless and apparently she got fired. Nobody contacted me and I can’t figure out who is in charge. Wish they wouldn’t have bought out my old accountant because they don’t care about their customers at all.

I would not recommend this firm for tax preparation or accounting services. We had multiple problems with both lines of services which has resulted in hours of unnecessary work and having to switch firms. After changing firms we were also sent a bill stating they will continue to charge our card on file for the next 4 months.Totally unethical and unprofessional way of doing business after the experience we went through.
