The quality review by Technician Rafael reinforced my attitude that investing with Bulwark is the best foundation for preserving our two homes that I can make. Having a representative like Rafael who can identify and explain how insects impacted us in the past is confidence-building. Today we have moved into the solution as our system of bait stations prevents costly future problems. Rafael patiently provided answers to every question. I highly recommend the programs that Bulwark offers.
Breanna was very polite and professional. She asked what services where needed and went straight to work. She even wore shoe covers before entering and servicing the inside of the house. She made sure to take care of the garage and outside yard as well before securing the gate, providing me with the receipt and wishing me a good weekend. Job well done! 10/10! ???
In all the years of having my home treated, Austin James is by far THE best tech. He's so kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual too. He's an exceptional exterminator and has consistently provided excellent service, which has resulted in a positive experience every single time he's come.
I truly hope that his employer reads this review because he truly deserves the utmost praise for a job well done ALWAYS.
My only regret is that I haven't shared my opinions of Austin and his work until now. Shame on me, because he's deserved to be acknowledged for a a job well done every time.
