Had an amazing experience here. We went to Cove choice dental first and had a horrible experience. I have 3 kids and Lonestar was so friendly and thorough with them all. They made it exciting for them and they cannot wait to go back!
Edit: it’s been over a year and I’m not sure what happened. They lost Elizabeth as a dentist and now I’m having a hard time getting my daughter’s tooth treated. They drilled into it before Halloween. It is now December 10th and they have rescheduled her again. Her temp tooth stuff came out over a month ago and they know how serious this procedure is just as much as I do. I loved this dentist and now I’m unsure how to proceed.
Our first visit to this orthodontist office was wonderful. My 12 year old daughter immediately felt comfortable — the environment was friendly and inviting, and both the dentist and the back-of-house staff made a great impression. They were patient, informative, and genuinely kind, which meant a lot to us as we were preparing to start treatment.
However, our second visit was very different. Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist, Danielle, was rude, argumentative, and dismissive.
