I've been here a few times, and one time, I got this black residue on the hood of my car and the back of my car, and it wasn't coming off. The workers were kind enough to run me through again. The pressure of the water is just right, and I like the extra time for the dryer at the end. The residue was still there, but the young man suggested goo-gone, I believe. I went and purchased it from Autozone, used it at home, and for the most part, the smudges came off. The times I've been, haven't been too busy, and the lots are always clean, trash is always emptied. The vacuums work great, and the cover for shade is just right. I'll be back!

The young lady running the car wash this morning at 9a went above and beyond! I had mud all under my car after the rain. I have to park my Honda Accord in the mud for work. She took her time and power washed all the mud off my wheels. I didn't ask for it or pay extra. That's what I call customer service people! The outside of my car looks spotless. She needs a raise y'all!
