He was very personal and offered great guidance and direction. It was like talking to an old friend (but not old as in age, just wisdom).His staff of young blokes have been nothing short of amazing as well. They are just as responsive and personable. I have been very fortunate to be working with Chance who helped us with my son's return as that knucklehead made a big mistake on his on his 2022 1040. Chance identified the issue and then filed the amendment in less than a day after information was provided.The IRS has been playing games on this amendment for almost a year now (shock) and sends this strange letter asking my son for more details. One call to Chance (and he answered) he instantly provided next steps. Mind you this was a call late on a Friday afternoon. Brilliant.
