I’m really disappointed with the customer service in Coppell. The office rarely answers the phone, and I’ve left multiple voicemails without receiving any callbacks. Scheduling a massage visit has become incredibly frustrating. I’ve also been trying to update my card on file, but no one has returned my calls. I hope someone can get back to me soon so I can update my payment information before the next bill is due. Thank you!

I thought I became a member last week, and was given a free massage to whomever I wanted to use. This was what I was told. Now let’s see what happened: I was charged full price, the massage that was supposed to be a gift and that I could use for my husband is also charged full price. In the meantime, I checked the app and I called them saying I could not see any membership. I was told “you’re good.” Do not ever trust anything you hear in this facilty.

Edit: On 9/3, as you can see in the screen shot, the account owner replied and told to contact the franchise. I did that before posting my comment here. Their response: “We cannot do anything about this.”...read full review

Be very careful about signing up for their membership program. They are very restrictive about what you can do with your credits. You are limited on how many of your credits you can give away to family and friends, and you are charged an additional fee if you use your credit at a different Massage Envy location. This lack of customer focus is why I do not recommend getting the membership at any Massage Envy location.
