I have been a patient of Michael Sullivan since 2013 and he is the BEST! His nurse Kiesha is the BEST nurse ever! They are both so very kind, very understanding, super super helpful. They both go above and beyond and they truly do care! I can't say enough about how good they are. Yes, sometimes it's a bit of a wait but they're worth it and they always give you their full attention. They are not distracted by their phones like other people are. I live more than an hour away but I refuse to see anyone else! I highly recommend Michael and Kiesha! :) My husband and I have followed him wherever he goes. They're worth it! Brandon is the BEST thing at Forum Health/Lifestream. He’s quick to respond, thorough, follows up, makes sure I get answer from dr/nurse, and, most of all, he’s SO kind. This goes a long way for me! Thanks, Brandon!
