My mother and I (who are both white women) do not appreciate Chepe's attitude towards us in the self checkout line. Every time we go shopping at this store and have an issue at the self-checkout, he treats us like he has no respect for us. He argues with us when we bring up the current promotions and says that we're wrong when it's clearly advertised. He also treats us like we're thieves when the cash register malfunctions. I've noticed that he's nice to everyone else, every other race and gender, but it seems like he's really condescending and has an attitude with us white women for some reason. We're very sick of him arguing with us every time we come across him at this store. Grocery shopping should not always be an argument, but he sure makes it one with us every time!! Otherwise, this store would be a decent and pleasant place to shop if it wasn't for him!

Kroger used to be awesome. Now it's a beating. The store is a mess.....everything misplaced and they have three lanes open and no baggers on Sunday afternoon. No produce out today. I don't know why I keep coming back. Market Street is 10x better.

I hate coming to Kroger and being accosted by annoying salesguys. Last time it was a couple of Spectrum sales reps, today a guy and a girl from Just Energy would not let me go. I want to do my shopping in peace, get in and out as quickly as possible. The self checkout is also a pain. I think it's got to the point that I almost hate this Kroger as much as the one in Las Colinas.
