I’m using Joshua as my realtor to sell my home and I will be using him for finding me a new home. I cannot say enough good about him and his eagerness! He is passionate, driven, and has patience. He’s kept me updated on every little detail and step along the way. I get messages on how many views, saves, and offers that my home brings. Joshua is very thorough and accommodating to my needs.
