My husband and I visited this place for his haircut, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The lady who handled the appointment was disrespectful and rude. Despite having a previous negative experience, we returned out of necessity. When I requested a specific haircut, she questioned my husband about whether I would be paying for it, which was both inappropriate and unprofessional. Additionally, she began complaining about my husband’s hair, which was unnecessary. If you are not willing to accommodate specific requests, it would be better to communicate that before starting the service. We won’t be returning.

Horrible place, tried to leave NO STARS! We went in today and they refused to cut my daughter's hair because they said she had lice. I told them no, she always has dry scalp and dandruff because we live in dry Colorado. But of course they tried to sell us some lice shampoo, no thank you. We left and went somewhere else where they assured us that she did not have lice! Terrible customer service!
