Beware of Derse for warehousing and logistics! That is my experience with them, I cannot speak to their Exhibit House/ booth building side, but they were a terror to work with on the shipping and logistics side.My company is very large with multiple subsidiaries and Derse acquired our previous warehouse and logistics vendor in late 2021 and it was immediately clear that they bit off more than they could chew. Lost boxes, lost inventory, sending the wrong assets to trade shows, no tracking information...I could go on. We moved to another, better vendor in June of 2022 and 7 months later are still picking up the pieces. If you need a great logistics partner, check out EliteXPO.

This place is an absolout JOKE!! 14 skids on my trailer, after 3.5hrs only 2 removed. This should have been no more than 30 minutes TOPS. The laziest slowest people working the docks that I have ever had the pleasure of witnessing. Avoid loads to this place at all costs!!

It's been a long time since I've worked at a smaller exhibit company and Derse is by no means a small company but it has that kind of work atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly and always happy to help you. Derse values their employees and wants to hang on to them. Lots of great clients and to build some very awesome exhibits for.
