I called for a Dishwasher repair and someone came out the same day and earlier then expected. I needed a new part so it took another day, but the now everything is working great. What I really liked was the tech/service man explained everything to me. How things worked, what the issue could be and how he was going to test it. Once he found the problem, he explained parts and options. I felt really informed, which is usually rare for me in these situations.
