I had the best somatic myofascial massage with Tulsi! Before I arrived I filled out some forms discussing any areas that I was having tightness or issues so when I arrived Tulsi already had an idea of areas to focus on. We moved through a bit of movement so that she could see any areas where I had imbalances or impinged range of motion. Throughout the massage Tulsi discussed what she was working on and why. At the end of the massage we went through the same movements we had done prior to notice the changes that had been made. Wonderful healing experience I loved that she didn’t rush through the session . I feel lighter and energetic after just one session. It’s a gift to myself that will let me live life without aches and pains , so I can do things to my full potential .
